At DeluluNova, we want you to love every pair you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy. Please read our refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging with tags attached
• Free from damage, dirt, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Items returned after the 30-day window

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@delulunova.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@delulunova.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
