Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders $100 and over within the United States. Orders under $100 are subject to a flat shipping fee at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note: We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

How to start a return:

1. Email us at hello@delulunova.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days
3. Ship your item(s) back to us — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
